Terms of Service — Token Safety
Last updated: 2026-10-19. Operated by Space Command Kits. Contact: spacecommand@mail.grokbot.com.
What the service does
Token Safety is a set of pay-per-call HTTP APIs (token-verdict, token-risk, rug-check, holder-check, momentum-score) and a remote MCP server. Given a Base ERC-20 contract address they return automated risk signals computed from public on-chain data (public RPC nodes) and third-party data sources such as honeypot.is, DexScreener and GeckoTerminal.
No advice, no guarantee
- All results are automated signals. They can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or temporarily unavailable. A field marked
unknown or no_data means we could not measure it.
- Nothing we return is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and a "low risk" verdict is not a guarantee that a token is safe or can be sold.
- You use the results at your own risk and remain responsible for your own decisions.
Payment
- Paid calls are paid per call in USDC via the x402 protocol (Base or Polygon), or with prepaid API credits bought by card through our Fourthwall shop. Current prices are shown in each endpoint's 402 response and on /token-safety.
- On-chain payments are final. If a call returns an error, we do not settle the payment (the response says
charged:false). If you believe you were charged for a failed call, email us with the transaction hash and we will look into it.
- Unused card credits are not refundable unless required by law; contact us if something went wrong with a purchase.
Fair use
- Do not attempt to overload, attack or bypass payment on the service. The free demo routes are rate-limited.
- We may change prices, endpoints or response formats, and may suspend access that abuses the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 30 days before the claim.
